A farm first.
A ghee brand second.
Our journey began with a simple intention: to live the way our ancestors did, by keeping our own cows, caring for them with respect, and preparing food that is pure, honest and nourishing.

Caring for Cows, the Way It Was Meant to Be.
We follow ethical farming practices, ensure the well-being of our Gir cows, and use only natural feed to maintain the highest quality standards.
We control the entire supply chain, from growing our own fodder to final packaging, ensuring there is no adulteration at any step.
Free from chemicals, preservatives, and artificial additives, Gaurya Farms stands for purity, tradition, and trust, bringing you nature's goodness in its most authentic form.
-

The Soil
We grow the fodder ourselves, on our own land in Chittorgarh.
-

The Diet
Fresh-cut fodder for our Gir cows. Never a feed we can't trace.
-

The Harvest
Our Gir cows are milked by hand, at dawn.
-
Lab-tested hereThe Culture
Whole milk is tested, then set into curd overnight.
-

The Bilona
Curd churned in a wooden bilona until the makkhan rises.
-

The Flame
Makkhan simmered on a low flame. Never rushed.
-

The Gold
Ghee turns golden and grainy as it slowly cools.
-
Lab-tested hereThe Promise
Tested again, then sealed in glass on our farm.
Beej se Bilona.
From seed to churn, nothing in between.
Most ghee passes through many hands before it reaches yours: a milk collector, a dairy, a factory, a distributor. Ours passes through eight steps, all on one farm in Chittorgarh, all by our own people. We call them the Gaurya Mantra, and we don't skip one.
- Control is the only real guarantee. If we don't grow it, raise it and churn it ourselves, we can't promise what's in the jar. Owning every step is how we keep that promise.
- Tradition, done properly. The bilona way takes 28–30 litres of milk for one litre of ghee. Our Dadis and Nanis never cut that corner, so neither do we.
- Care for the herd. Our 57 Gir cows are family, not machinery. Good ghee begins with cows that are calm, well fed and well looked after.
- You know exactly where it comes from. One farm, one herd, one process. No blending, no bought-in milk.
- Nothing added, nothing hidden. No colours, preservatives or flavours, and lab-tested at more than one stage before it's sealed.
- The taste you remember. Hand-churned curd and a slow flame give the grainy texture and deep aroma of ghee made at home.
- Nothing in between. No middlemen means nobody between our farm and your kitchen who could cut it on the way.
Beej se bilona. Nothing in between.
When did we all agree that 'faster' was better when it comes to the food we feed our families?
Somewhere along the line, India was convinced that a factory-processed tub from a supermarket shelf was the same as what our Dadis and Nanis made with their hands. But deep down, every time you smell real, golden, slow-churned ghee, you know the difference.
We didn't start Gaurya Farms to give you a sustainability lecture or a wellness sermon. We started it as friends who went back to the village, unlearned the shortcuts, understood the science, and brought the original stuff back.
You know better, and now you can do better. Here's to bringing the soul back to your kitchen.
