What we test for
What a report tells you
Is it only milk fat?
Screens for vegetable oils, vanaspati and animal body fats, the most common ways ghee is cut.
Is it fresh?
Moisture and free fatty acid levels show whether the ghee was cooked properly and stored well.
Is it within FSSAI limits?
Each parameter is reported against the FSSAI standard for ghee, so you can compare line by line.
