Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gaurya Farms, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in the best condition. As our products are consumable food items, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Gaurya Farms also reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of order placement in cases such as product unavailability, payment issues, or delivery constraints. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • An incorrect product has been delivered
  • The package is tampered with at the time of delivery

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund: Opened or used products, requests made after the specified time window, products damaged due to improper handling after delivery. We will be unable to accept returns due to variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as these are natural characteristics of traditionally prepared ghee.
